Findandloc App Not Allowing Subscription Cancellation
I’ve been using a monthly subscription on the Findandloc app for about 3–4 months. I made my payments with my bank card, and in total I paid $15 and $14. Since I no longer want to use this service, I tried to cancel my subscription as of today.
I’m trying to cancel through the app, but I can’t find a clear or simple cancellation option, which is causing me a lot of frustration. I’m requesting that my current subscription be canceled immediately and that the $15 and $14 I paid during this period be refunded to my account.
I kindly ask that my subscription be canceled as soon as possible and that the full amount I paid be returned to me.
