I Face Unauthorized Monthly Charges by Findanloc — $36 Taken Without Consent

Even though I have never used the Findanloc app or started any membership, my account has been charged $18 every month for the past two months. The payments appear to have been made online from my bank card ending in 3647, completely without my knowledge or authorization. I have not contacted Findanloc, as I have no account or service usage with them whatsoever.

I request that these unauthorized withdrawals be stopped immediately and that the total of $36 already taken from my account be fully refunded. I also demand confirmation that no membership or account exists under my name. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved urgently.
