Finda Charged Me After One-Time Use—I Never Subscribed
I used Finda only once, thinking it would be a simple one-time service with a small fee of ₺19. To my shock, I later discovered that ₺695 had been withdrawn from my account without any warning, approval, or explanation. I never subscribed to anything, never agreed to ongoing charges, and certainly never authorized a fee this outrageous.
How can you justify charging ₺695 when I didn’t even have an active membership? This feels like a deliberate attempt to exploit users. I am not upset about the money—I am angry at being treated like a fool. Taking advantage of people in this way is offensive and unacceptable.
Finda, cancel any supposed subscription linked to my account immediately and provide a full refund. I will do everything I can to report this behavior and make sure others don’t fall into the same trap.
