Finda App Subscription Error Caused an Unwanted Purchase
I accidentally purchased a subscription for $40 through the Finda app. The purchase was made yesterday, and today the system attempted to charge my account, but the payment did not go through because my balance was insufficient.
I did not intentionally purchase this subscription, and I do not want to use the service. I request that Finda immediately cancel the $40 subscription and ensure that no further charges are made to my account under any circumstances.
I kindly ask that this matter be handled as soon as possible.
