Unprofessional Treatment by Fiat Authorized Service & Delayed Compensation


I have an accident whit my Fiat 500X on March 18, 2023. My vehicle was towed to Istanbul Kartal ASF Fiat authorized service with a tow truck. Negotiations between the motor insurance-expert-authorized service continued until 24 March and the approval was given by the motor insurance on 24 March. Afterward, we were informed that some of the parts will come from Italy, where they are not in Turkey. After the replacement vehicle period given by the motor insurance expired, I informed the Service that I wanted a replacement vehicle from Fiat. Although it was difficult, the after-sales service conveyed my request, but Fiat stated that they do not have such a legal obligation and that they can give the replacement vehicle 30 working days after the motor insurance approval date. Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's right and consumers can be victimized by it. When buying a vehicle from Fiat, which we think is a well-established company, keep this in mind: Fiat does not bear the cost of inventory and makes you pay for this cost in order to make more profit.
