Fiat Gave Me a Faulty 2024 Doblo and Delayed Replacing the Transmission Brain

Hello, our 2024 model Fiat Doblo vehicle gave a motor malfunction warning at 989 km. The service completed the transport configurations in the first week of May. However, the vehicle gave the same malfunction warning again. We left the vehicle at the service on 13.05.2024 and were informed according to the distribution. We requested a replacement vehicle due to the long wait, but we were only able to get one at the end of the 5th day. Since we purchased the vehicle to rent it out, we experienced a loss both on the customer side because a passenger car was given as a replacement vehicle, and financially, because our vehicle was in service. While waiting for a response from Fiat, we were told over the course of about 2 weeks that the part for the vehicle’s motor brain would be replaced from abroad and that it would take 2 weeks. Last week, they informed us that the part’s new production would take 6 weeks. Today, Otokoç called and said they are preparing and washing the vehicle, and there are no issues, and we can use the vehicle until the motor brain arrives. This was unacceptable, and I demanded that our vehicle be replaced with a new one. I have registered my complaint with Fiat Customer Relations today. I am requesting both compensation for my financial loss and for my vehicle to be replaced with a new one.

My car is still in the service, they also changed the gearbox, but it still didn't work. Last Friday, customer service called and said the car's engine control unit will be replaced, the part is not available in Turkey's stock and will come from Italy. It will take 2-3 weeks for the part to arrive, and then if they can handle the assembly, we still have a 1-month process ahead of us. I say 'patience,' I can't find anything to do. They insistently do not change the car, such a big company ruins its brand so blatantly. I am amazed, I cannot understand...

My 2024 model Fiat Doblo Premium Plus, which entered service at 989 km, has not had its issue resolved for about 9 months. My request for replacement is persistently not being positively responded to. They said they would fix the issue and deliver the vehicle by the end of February, but there is still no result.

My vehicle broke down again in August 2025 and we took it in several times; they said it was fixed and returned it, but the next day the warning light comes on again. As a result, the vehicle is still at the service, it has been 1.5 years and our problem has not been resolved. We are requesting a replacement but are receiving negative responses.
