On July 24, 2023, my 2004 Fiat Albea broke down, and I took it to the authorized Fiat service in Antalya/Manavgat for repairs. Surprisingly, they refused to accept vehicles that were less than ten years old, leaving me stranded. I had to arrange for another tow to a nearby garage, which cost me both money and time. To make matters worse, no one, including R***, expressed any concern or willingness to assist. Instead, they made fun of my situation and acted mockingly. This Fiat service experience has been filled with regret and disappointment. I trusted the authorized service to take care of my vehicle professionally, but their refusal and disrespectful behavior left me deeply disappointed. It's disheartening to encounter such indifference and unprofessionalism from the service center of a well-known brand.
