Fiat Egea Repair Delayed, Deceptive Practices Put Us In Though Spot

Our Fiat Egea vehicle, which we gave for the replacement of parts on 18.04.2023, was first said to be taken in on 08.05.2023, then they said 15.05.2023, but it was still not taken in for repair. Moreover, the woman working there denies what they said. Then they will stay there for years(!) Moreover, hear that parts are coming from Italy for part replacement, but don't believe it. Fiat's factory is in Bursa, there isn't one, you just have it imported from Italy, come on, let's believe it comes from Italy, does it come on foot, does it take a month or more! !! However, they are deceiving children, and what kind of a business is it that it is not clear when it will complete the job and when it will deliver the vehicle, there is never any work discipline. Even the men we took it to the industry before gave a date that it would be finished in 3 days. It's a shame, the authorities need to take a hand there. We have a small child, she goes to school, my wife goes to work, they made us a victim. Be you, don't trust your car there. They don't even care. We complained to the customer service and we'll wait for the result. they are disgraceful!!!DO NOT TRUST GO!!!
