Arçelik Sold Me a Faulty Stove and Combi Boiler and I Can’t Get a Solution

There was a malfunction in the brand new stove and combi boiler that was to be installed in my house. These products were assembled for the first time with zero construction. When we came to install the combi boiler, we were informed that the fault was due to electricity, so the electrician we called told us that there was no malfunction due to the power outage, but that it was due to the combi boiler. Then the service came again and said that the problem was due to the output and a new motherboard was ordered, but when I called today, it was not stated that the card had not arrived and it was not clear when it would arrive. Since the boiler cannot be repaired, I am experiencing both time and financial loss. Since the brand new product cannot be repaired, shower, etc. We have to continue to buy it for our family. I made all kinds of complaints, but the problem could not be resolved. If you live in Kırklareli/Lüleburgaz, think twice when buying a product from Arçelik because brand new products fail and you cannot find a solution for them.

Hello, I have tried to explain my problem to you multiple times on every platform, but a solution has still not been found and it continues to be postponed. I don't know what more I need to do to have my issue resolved and receive service from Arçelik. I have truly been subjected to an experience that does not befit Arçelik at all. However, I will persistently continue to contact you and seek a solution to resolve my issue. Thank you very much, Arçelik, for not being able to repair a brand new boiler in 10 days in 2024.
