My Ferroli boiler has a vexing problem: it won't provide hot water when the central heating is turned on. This means I've had a few unexpected icy showers, which is especially difficult when trying to bathe my child. Even though the boiler's temperature gauge reads 50 degrees, the water suddenly becomes ice cold. Dealing with this issue has been excruciatingly painful. My boiler provided warmth and hot water, but it appears to have other plans. It's very inconvenient, especially during the colder months when you desperately need both heating and hot water. I hope Ferroli addresses this issue as soon as possible because it is unacceptable for a boiler to behave in this manner. It's been a frustrating experience, and I believe they need to fix it for the sake of their customers.
