FedEx Unable to Locate ATR Document for My Import, No Support from Customer Service

I’m trying to complete an import with FedEx, and the sender provided them with the necessary ATR document. The materials have arrived at customs, and ...

FedEx has lost our ATR document, which was delivered against signature to the pickup service before shipment. So, we had to pay customs tax. Additionally, because of the late delivery of necessary customs docs to our agent by local FedEx staff, customs clearance was completed the day after. However, we had to pay inventory costs afterward. Another issue is that they picked up the goods later than the booking date, so the package arrived on the weekend. However, again FedEx charged inventory costs. Last but not least, you never reach the responsible person other than call center staff who are unauthorized and keep reading from the book only. Such very bad customer service understanding; causing but never getting responsibility not only one time but with almost every shipment. Congratulations!
