Very Bad Customer Service By FedEx
FedEx has lost our ATR document, which was delivered against signature to the pickup service before shipment. So, we had... to pay customs tax. Additionally, because of the late delivery of necessary customs docs to our agent by local FedEx staff, customs clearance was completed the day after. However,
