Unable to Cancel Farmina Dog Food Order – No Customer Support Response
I ordered Farmina dog food for my pet with allergies, but I needed to cancel the order before it shipped. Unfortunately, I have been unable to cancel it despite repeated attempts. I reached out via email and customer service, but no one has responded or resolved the issue. The only response I received from customer service was that "the process is being handled by another department," yet the department I emailed never replied. If they had taken care of it, I wouldn’t have to write this complaint. Canceling an order shouldn’t take this long. I urgently request that my order be canceled before it ships and expect Farmina to improve its customer service.
