UPS Delay in Dog Food Delivery Despite Local Arrival
I ordered dog food from Amazon, with shipping managed by the seller via UPS. The package has been marked as "out for delivery" for four days, yet it has still not been delivered. Despite reaching out to UPS customer service, all I’ve received are vague explanations about delays due to high volume.
It is incredibly frustrating to see that the package has already arrived in the delivery city, yet the local distribution process seems to be taking an unreasonably long time. I rely on this delivery for my pet's immediate needs, and this delay is unacceptable.
I urge UPS to prioritize resolving this issue promptly and ensure timely deliveries moving forward.
