N&D Dog Food Complaint — Pet Became Sick After Consumption


We have been using N&D dog food for a long time, and about three months ago, we purchased our latest bag from Zoo Petshop. However, after feeding this particular batch to our dog, he vomited every time he ate it. Our dog has no health issues, so we are certain the problem was caused by the food itself.
I provided all the requested details to the brand, but never received any response. The same day, we bought a different brand of dog food, and our dog had no issues at all, confirming that the problem was specific to this N&D product.
I expect the brand to take responsibility for its product and to resolve this issue by issuing a refund for the defective batch. Unfortunately, customer service has not provided any help or explanation regarding this matter.
I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that necessary action be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
