"I purchased the 10 kg Chicken&Pomegranate product in the 10th month of 2022 as I always do through Amazon. I placed the product on a shelf in my basement, which is cool and dark with a temperature below 20 degrees Celsius, and has a shelving system. When I opened this package after finishing the previous one, I noticed that the food was sticky. There was no damage to the package, and there were no signs of infestation or any odor. However, the food had a slimy and oily consistency even on the walls of the package. In this condition, I do not want to feed it to my cats. I kindly request appropriate action to be taken."
