Farmina N&D Sticky Bad Pet Food And Customer Service Unresponsive


I have been using Farmina N&D brand cat food for a long time. However, after encountering an issue with the latest package I purchased, I reached out to them but have received no response even after two weeks. They never answer the phone when I call their numbers. It's unbelievable that they show such indifference despite selling the cheapest cat food at 1500 TL. If necessary, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Court. I am sharing the message I wrote below. "I purchased the 10 kg Chicken&Pomegranate product in the 10th month of 2022 as I always do through Amazon. I placed the product on a shelf in my basement, which is cool and dark with a temperature below 20 degrees Celsius, and has a shelving system. When I opened this package after finishing the previous one, I noticed that the food was sticky. There was no damage to the package, and there were no signs of infestation or any odor. However, the food had a slimy and oily consistency even on the walls of the package. In this condition, I do not want to feed it to my cats. I kindly request appropriate action to be taken."
