Farmina N&D Cat Food Smelled Bad and My Cat Refused to Eat It

I bought N&D PRIME Chicken & Pomegranate Adult dry cat food from farmina.com, and the package was not damaged and was properly sealed. When I opened it, I noticed a terrible odor, and the food felt damp to the touch. I offered it to my cat, and he ate a little but then refused to eat more, even when I did not feed him for a while, hoping he would get used to it, but that never happened. I then tried to feed the stray cats in the neighborhood, but none of them ate it eagerly, and they all stopped after eating a small amount. I wrote a complaint on the local version of this site in my country, but I do not have much faith in the justice system of undeveloped countries. I am also writing here because, no matter how big or trusted companies are, they act like bandits in the absence of law and order with the help of corrupt governments.
