I Received Missing Items from Farmasi Order Despite Full Payment Being Charged
I signed up as an entrepreneur with Farmasi and began placing regular orders through their system. However, during my most recent purchase, although I was charged in full, four items were missing from the delivery. I immediately reported the issue, but instead of acknowledging the missing products, the company responded by saying there was “no difference in weight” and denied my complaint.
I don’t understand how they can justify this by referring to weight when the order is placed by item quantity, not grams. I submitted a second and now a third complaint—still no resolution. Their response is vague and dismissive, without explaining how they verify weight when the order clearly listed quantities.
If they truly care about their sellers and customers, they should provide accurate shipments and take accountability when mistakes happen. I am writing this publicly because others deserve to know how Farmasi handles complaints.
I expect either the missing products to be shipped or a refund issued immediately. I trusted Farmasi as a seller, but this kind of customer service is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.
