I Can’t Return a Wrong Item to Farmasi and They Don’t Offer Any Exchange or Refund Option
I accidentally ordered the wrong item from Farmasi and quickly realized there’s absolutely no way to return or exchange it—not even if the package is unopened. They make it incredibly difficult for customers to reverse mistakes, even though most brands today offer at least a basic return or exchange policy.
Their website doesn’t include any return section, and customer service gave me no help when I asked to return the item. It’s clear Farmasi only focuses on selling their products, not supporting their customers after the sale. If a package is accepted by the courier—even if unopened—you’re stuck with it.
This kind of inflexible policy feels outdated and unfair, especially to loyal customers. Supporting brands like Farmasi, who don’t stand behind their service, feels like a disservice to ethical businesses. I urge Farmasi to implement a return and exchange policy and treat buyer errors with understanding.
