Pazarama Misled Me by Sending 1 Item Instead of 3 as Listed
I purchased a product from the Gurmepark store via the Pazarama app, where the description clearly stated that it included three units. However, when I reported the missing items, the seller told me, "The description does not concern me, I will only send one, my description says one." When I reported the issue to Pazarama, they simply responded, "We spoke with the seller, they are sending one unit." What is the customer supposed to do when they purchase based on the provided description? I specifically chose this listing after comparing prices across other sites, where similar offers included three units for the same price. Why would I knowingly pay an inflated price for just one? I only used Pazarama because I had a store credit, and I deeply regret it. Even though the package remains unopened, the return option is not available. In any store, the price and quantity displayed on the shelf are honored—this situation is absurd. I am lodging a complaint against Pazarama. They could never match Trendyol’s standards. Never again. They are working hand in hand with sellers to exploit customers and gain unfair profits.
