How to cancel a paid Farfetch order that hasn’t been delivered yet:
When cancellation is possible:
• If the order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it fully and receive a refund.
• If the order is already with the courier, cancellation isn’t possible — you must wait for delivery and request a return.
• Made-to-order or personalized items can usually be canceled only within 24–48 hours after purchase.
How to cancel:
• Log in to your Farfetch account → My Orders.
• If the Cancel button is active, click it and confirm.
• If it’s not available, contact Farfetch support immediately and provide the order number and reason.
Important notes:
• The sooner you request cancellation, the higher the chance the item won’t ship.
• After a successful cancellation, refunds are issued within a few business days.
