FanDuel Took My Money for a Parlay Bet and Suspended My Account Without Reason

I bet FanDuel for a large parlay, only to get an email stating the bet wasn't taken. But they merely kept my money instead of returning it! I tried right away to contact customer support, which is very impossible to get through, and the ones I did get were absolutely useless. Though I hadn't done anything new, they informed me my account had been suspended because of "unusual activity." They said they couldn't handle anything due of my account status when I sought for a refund for the cancelled wager. Now not only am I out of money but also I cannot access my account or make any bets. This is almost stealing, the worst encounter I have had with a betting software.
