FamRadar's Wrongful Charge To My Card

I live in the USA and today I was charged $50 by Famradar for a location tool service on my Android phone, even though I have never downloaded the app to my phone and have never used the service at all. The charge appeared once, and I did not knowingly give my consent for this $50 payment. Since I have never installed or used Famradar on my Android device, I do not understand why this amount was taken from my card. I want this unauthorized $50 charge to be investigated and immediately refunded to my card, and I also want any subscription or recurring payment linked to my details to be fully cancelled so that I am not charged again. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed in writing when the refund and cancellation have been completed.
