I am writing regarding unauthorized charges made to my credit card by Famradar. About two weeks ago, I was first charged 1.25 dollars without my consent, and now I have seen another charge of 45 dollars, which I find completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I did not approve these payments, and I did not knowingly subscribe to any Famradar plan that would justify these amounts. Despite this, the charges were taken directly from my credit card. I have already contacted the relevant parties about this situation, but the problem has not been resolved, and the 45‑dollar charge in particular is a serious concern for me. I request that all unauthorized charges, including the 1.25 dollars and especially the 45 dollars, be fully refunded and that any subscription or recurring payment linked to my credit card through Famradar be immediately cancelled so that no further unauthorized amounts are taken.
