FamRadar Charged Me Without My Consent and No Subscription

I noticed a charge of 40 euro from Famradar on my credit card statement dated 31.03.2026, even though I have never subscribed to Famradar or authorized any payment to this company. This transaction appears on my account without my knowledge or consent. Because I could not find any customer support contact for Famradar, I immediately reached out to my bank and requested that my card be blocked so that no further unauthorized charges could be made. At this point, I have not received any explanation from Famradar as to how my card details were obtained or why this charge was made. I request that this unauthorized 40 euro charge be fully refunded as soon as possible and that a detailed investigation be carried out into how my card information was used without my consent. I also expect to be informed in writing about the outcome of this investigation and the measures taken to prevent similar issues in the future.
