Request To Unblock Suspected Wallet

I am using FamPay in Mumbai, India and my wallet has been temporarily suspended since Thursday due to what is described as suspicious activity, even though I have not made any unusual or special transactions. When I try to use the wallet, it is not available because of this suspension. My usage has been completely normal, but despite this, my wallet was blocked and I am unable to use the service. I have contacted FamPay customer support and have also written them an email, but so far I have not received any response or assistance. I request FamPay to review my account, verify my details if necessary, and reactivate my wallet after completing their verification process, as I have not engaged in any suspicious activity and I am currently unable to use my money or the service.
