FamPay Wallet Locked and Not Working Since April 20
My FamPay account has been temporarily suspended, and because of this, I am unable to send money or make online payments. This issue started on April 20, 2026, and since then I have not been able to use my wallet properly.
I contacted FamPay customer support regarding this problem. They responded by saying that the issue had been escalated to the concerned team and that I should wait while they work on it. However, my account is still suspended, and I have not received any clear resolution or timeline.
I request that my FamPay account be reactivated immediately so I can send money and use my wallet without restrictions. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was suspended and what steps have been taken to resolve the issue.
