Please Help Me Reactivate My Wallet

I am using the Famapp family pay wallet and my account was suddenly suspended today without any prior notice or explanation. Because of this suspension, I cannot access or use my balance in any way. At the moment, an amount of 3291.01 is stuck in my Famapp wallet and I am unable to use or withdraw this money, which is causing me serious inconvenience as I need access to these funds. I request that my Famapp wallet be urgently reviewed and that my account be reactivated immediately so that I can fully access and use my balance of 3291.01 again. I also expect a clear explanation of the reason for the suspension and a quick resolution so that I do not experience any further financial or practical problems.
