FamPay Wallet Blocked After Cybercrime Report

I am using the FamPay app wallet and my account has been blocked after it was reported under a cybercrime-related issue. Before the block, someone else used my account without my permission, and after that incident my FamPay wallet suddenly became inaccessible. I have not yet been able to reach FamPay customer support regarding this situation. I want my FamPay wallet account to be properly reviewed and unblocked, as I need access to my account again. I request that my account be restored as soon as possible, or that I be clearly informed of the steps required to get it unblocked.
