My 1win Withdrawal to FamPay Account Was Not Credited

I initiated a withdrawal of ₹300 from my 1Win account to my FamPay account, but the amount has still not been credited. Despite multiple communications with 1Win customer support, no resolution has been provided, and my bank has confirmed that no transaction was received from 1Win. This situation seems to be a case of fraud or financial misconduct by 1Win. I request the Cyber Crime Cell to investigate this matter and take appropriate legal action against the responsible parties.
