I Withdrew Money from Tango Live via Airwallex but Still Haven’t Received It

I made a withdrawal from Tango Live through Airwallex. It was stated that the transfer would take up to 3 days, and Tango Live even shows that the amount has been transferred to my account. However, I still have not received any money.
