I Face FamPay OTP Not Received and Cannot Verify My Account
I am using the FamPay app on an Android phone, and I am unable to verify my old FamPay account linked to the mobile number 78918 345***. For the past 7–8 days, since around April 2–3, I have been trying to log in, but the number verification is not working even though my network connection and other conditions are completely fine.
The OTP or verification code is simply not being delivered, which prevents me from accessing my account. During this time, I have contacted FamPay customer support, but I have not received any clear or effective solution to resolve this verification issue or help me regain access.
I request that my FamPay account, linked to this number, be properly verified so I can log in again. Alternatively, I ask that you provide a clear solution that allows me to either recover and use my existing account or create and activate a new account without facing the same verification problems.
