FamPay Account Temporarily Blocked After Failed Payment

I am using a FamPay account linked to the mobile number 8169524*** and my account has been temporarily blocked after a failed payment. Since this block, I am unable to use my account properly and cannot complete payments. I contacted FamPay customer support and they only informed me that my account is temporarily blocked, but I did not receive a clear explanation or a solution to restore access. I kindly request that my FamPay account be unblocked as soon as possible and that I be informed of the exact reason for the temporary block so that I can avoid such issues in the future.
