Famx Wallet Temporarily Blocked With Balance Inaccessible

My Famx wallet has been temporarily blocked for the past 7–8 months and I am unable to access the balance in it. I am based in India and when I try to make a payment or use the wallet, the system shows a “temporarily block wallet” message and does not allow the transaction. There is an amount of 5,021 INR stuck in this suspended Famx wallet. When I contacted support, I was only informed that my wallet was blocked due to “suspicious activity” but I was not asked for any KYC or documents and I was not given any clear explanation or steps to resolve the issue. I do not wish to continue using the wallet; my only request is that Famx allow me to withdraw or transfer the remaining 5,021 INR from my suspended wallet to my own bank account or another method that you can provide, so that I can recover my money.
