I am writing regarding my Fampay account, which was permanently blocked on 19 April 2026. Since that date, I have not been able to use my account or access its services, and the app shows that my account is permanently blocked. I received an SMS from Fampay informing me about the permanent block, but I do not accept this situation and I would like my case to be reconsidered. I also contacted your customer support by phone, but my issue is still not resolved and my account remains blocked. I respectfully request that you review my account again, explain clearly why it was permanently blocked, and remove the permanent block so that my account can be restored and I can continue using Fampay. I am ready to provide any additional information or documents needed to complete this review. I kindly ask you to treat this as a priority and inform me with a clear and final response after rechecking my account.
