Fampay Selfie Verification Failed for Four Months

I am using the Fampay wallet service and for the last four months my selfie verification attempts have been failing continuously. Each time I try, the app shows a “Your selfie verification failed” error and the verification process does not complete. So far I have tried to verify myself three times and every attempt has failed in the same way, without any clear explanation or solution in the app. Because the verification cannot be completed, I am unable to properly use my Fampay wallet as intended. I request that my selfie verification process be completely reset and that I be allowed to try verification again without errors, or that you provide another way to verify my account so that I can use my wallet normally. I kindly request a quick resolution because this problem has already been going on for four months.
