FamPay Selfie Verification Failed

I am using the Fampay application and I am having a problem with the KYC selfie verification process. The app shows a message saying that my selfie verification has failed and that I have exhausted all verification attempts, and it asks me to wait until I am notified that I can try again. Because of this situation I am unable to complete my KYC and use the service as intended. My main request is that my selfie verification attempts be reset so that I can try the KYC process again without restrictions and complete my verification smoothly. I have already tried to reset my KYC selfie verification, but the problem regarding exhausted attempts still affects my ability to verify my account. I kindly request that this issue be checked urgently and that my KYC selfie attempts be reset so I can successfully verify my account and continue using Fampay.
