Famaap Selfie Verification Failed

I have been unable to complete my account registration on Famaap for several months because the selfie verification keeps failing and my attempts now appear to be exhausted. Each time I try to complete the selfie step, the app shows that the selfie verification has failed and does not allow me to move forward in the process. Because of this situation, I still cannot finish creating my account and I am stuck on the verification screen. I am using the app as instructed and there is no clear guidance on how to resolve the problem or request a reset of my attempts. I kindly request that you reset my selfie verification attempts and, if necessary, manually review and verify my identity so that I can complete my registration and start using my account without further delay.
