FamPay Processed Mistaken Behtar Technol Charge — Cancel and Refund

On February 16, 2026, I mistakenly made an online payment to Behtar Technol for a subscription, and I would like this issue resolved. The payment was processed as an online transaction under the reference/transaction number FMPIB4622505084.

Since this payment was made in error, I request that any subscription linked to this transaction be canceled immediately if it has already been activated and that the full amount be refunded to me as soon as possible. I have not been able to reach Behtar Technol’s customer service regarding this matter, so I am submitting this complaint to ensure my situation is reviewed urgently and the appropriate refund is issued.
