I am using a My Drding trading account registered under the name S Manimegal**, and I am facing a serious problem with a withdrawal that has not been fully credited to my bank account. On 03/01/2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹90,000 from my trading account. The withdrawal details are as follows: Withdrawal ID 40737610352, amount ₹90,000. According to the system, the withdrawal request has been processed, and the full ₹90,000 has been debited from my trading account. However, on 04/01/2026, only ₹50,000 was actually credited to my bank account. The remaining ₹40,000 has neither been credited to my bank account nor returned to my trading account, even though the platform shows the entire ₹90,000 as withdrawn. It has now been about 18–20 days since the withdrawal date, and the status is still effectively pending for the missing ₹40,000. During this period, I have tried to reach My Drding customer support, but I have not received any response or solution. This situation is causing me serious concern, as this is my own money and a large amount for me. I kindly request that My Drding urgently investigate this issue and either credit the remaining ₹40,000 to my bank account or clearly resolve and correct the transaction without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation of what went wrong with this withdrawal, so that such a problem does not occur again.
