Airtel Payments Bank Failed Transaction - Amount Debited, No Refund
I tried to make a payment through my Airtel Payments Bank account on January 18, 2026. The transaction failed, but the amount was taken out of my balance right away. The money still hasn't reached the person it was supposed to go to or been sent back to my account. I've tried to get in touch with customer service several times through the app and the helpline, but all I get are vague answers that don't give me a clear answer or schedule. This delay is making things more difficult and has cost a lot of money. I want this failed transaction to be looked into right away, and I want the amount that was taken out to be refunded right away, along with a clear account of what went wrong.
