₹500 PhonePe Deposit Missing From Tashanwin Game Wallet

I am writing regarding an issue with a failed deposit to my Tashanwin game wallet. Today, on 03/01/2026, I deposited 500 rupees using PhonePe (UPI) to my Tashanwin account, but the amount has not been credited to my game wallet, even though it has been deducted from my PhonePe balance, and a transaction reference is visible there. I am using the service from Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. After noticing that the money was not added to my Tashanwin wallet, I tried to reach out to support, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that the missing 500 rupees be credited to my Tashanwin game wallet as soon as possible, or that you provide a clear update on the status of this transaction and resolve the issue promptly.
