FamPay Charged ₹699 for a Story TV Subscription I Did Not Want
On 25 September, an amount of ₹699 was wrongly deducted from my account for the Story TV app via Fam Pay. I did not intend to make this payment and it was taken automatically from my phone account. In the Fam Pay screenshot, there are two failed payment attempts for ₹699 and then one successful payment of ₹699 to Story TV on 25 September at 15:28. I do not want this payment and I am not using any subscription related to it. I request that the ₹699 taken on 25 September be fully refunded to my account as soon as possible, and if any automatic subscription has been started because of this payment, I ask that it be cancelled so that no further deductions are made.
