FamPay Autopay Deducted for TV Story App and Refund Delayed

On 11-06-2026, an Autopay of ₹299 was deducted from my FamPay account for a TV Story app subscription without my proper understanding or intention. I had enabled Autopay, and the amount was cut from my account automatically through my FamPay ID 7696062***@fam. After noticing this deduction, I contacted support regarding this Autopay payment and was informed that I need to wait for a refund, but the refund has not been credited back to my account within the expected time. I am dissatisfied that the money was deducted through Autopay and has still not been returned. I request that FamPay urgently process a full refund of ₹299 back to my account and cancel or disable any active Autopay for the TV Story app linked to my FamPay ID so that similar deductions do not happen again.
