FamPay Deducting Money for Animal App Without My Permission

I am using FamPay and today I noticed that money has been deducted from my FamPay balance without my permission. A total of ₹649 has been taken from my account, and these deductions are linked to an app called “Animal app”. The most serious issue is that the money is being deducted even when I am not using my phone. I did not approve or authorize any such payments to the Animal app, and I was not informed about any subscription or automatic charges. This situation has caused me financial loss and worry about the security of my FamPay account. I have not yet contacted FamPay customer support about this issue. Through this complaint, I request that FamPay urgently check my account, stop any unauthorized payments to the Animal app, and refund the full amount of ₹649 that has been deducted without my permission.
