FamPay Unauthorized Testbook Payment – Refund Request
On 9 August 2026, 699 ₹ was deducted automatically from my Fampay account for a transaction to TESTBOOKEDUSOLUTIONSPRIVATELIMITED. At that time I was not trying to purchase anything, and I did not knowingly subscribe to any Testbook or similar service. I only noticed the deduction later, when checking my balance. Before this deduction there was an email with a code and a phone call, and after that the amount was cut automatically. I did not clearly authorize or intend this payment, and I was not properly informed that 699 ₹ would be taken from my Fampay account. I have a transaction screenshot showing this deduction with TXN ID FMPIB6371791760. After seeing the deduction, I contacted Fampay support and requested that the amount be reversed, but so far I have not received any effective solution or refund. The money is still missing from my Fampay balance even though I did not willingly make this payment. I request that Fampay urgently investigate this unauthorized or unclear transaction of 699 ₹ to TESTBOOKEDUSOLUTIONSPRIVATELIMITED dated 9 August 2026, cancel any related subscription or automatic payment if it exists, and refund the full 699 ₹ back into my Fampay account as soon as possible.
