Accidental UPI Payment on FamPay Sends ₹50 to Wrong ID

I made a wrong UPI payment using FamPay on 27-02-2026, where ₹50 was mistakenly sent to the UPI ID 636372041**@fam instead of the intended recipient. While making the payment, the UPI ID playstore1.**@axisbank (shown as a Play Store-related UPI ID) was selected by mistake from the suggestions, and the amount was debited from my account before I realized the error. After noticing the mistake, I contacted FamPay customer support. They informed me that the issue would be resolved within 7 days. However, since this was clearly a wrong transfer to an incorrect UPI ID selected accidentally, I am very concerned about my money and want this to be handled as quickly and clearly as possible. I request that FamPay process a full refund of the ₹50 back to my account and to complete the investigation and reversal without further delay. I also expect a clear update on the status of this wrong UPI transaction.
