Fampay Auto-Debited ₹140 to Google Play Without My Consent
I am a Fampay user, and I recently experienced an issue where ₹140 was debited from my account through an autopay transaction to the Google Play Store without my knowledge or consent. I did not enable or authorize any autopay feature, and I did not intend for this payment to be processed.
This amount was important to me, and having it deducted without clear information or confirmation has caused me both financial and emotional distress. I am requesting that the ₹140 be refunded to my account and that any autopay or recurring payment linked to Google Play Store through my Fampay account be canceled, so that no similar unauthorized deductions occur in the future.
