Fampay Auto-Debited ₹140 to Google Play Without My Consent

I am filing a complaint regarding an unauthorized transaction made through the Google Play Store, which was processed by Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.
On March 7, 2026, at 11:41 PM, an amount of ₹599 was deducted from my FamPay account for what appears to be a subscription or similar service that I did not knowingly authorize.
The transaction details show the following information: TXN ID: FMPIB47912252, and the payment appears to have been processed through playstore1***@axisbank.
My FamPay account is not linked to any bank account and is used only with my Aadhaar card and PAN card. I did not intentionally make this purchase and was not aware of any active subscription associated with my account.
When I contacted FamPay support, they only provided general advice about protecting my money in the future and did not assist me in reversing or refunding this unauthorized transaction.
For me, ₹599 is a significant amount, and this payment was made without my clear consent.
I kindly request a full refund of ₹599 for this unauthorized Google Play transaction and the cancellation of any subscription or service connected to this charge, if such a subscription exists.
I also ask that this issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and that the refunded amount be returned to my original payment method.
