DANA Transfer Marked Successful But Funds Never Reached Recipient
On January 17, 2026, I used the DANA app to send money, but although the transaction was marked as successful, the balance was deducted from my account and never reached the recipient. The money is now basically stuck somewhere in the system. I contacted customer service multiple times, but instead of a real investigation, I keep receiving generic, copy-paste replies telling me to wait or check the FAQ. There is no clear timeline, no proper explanation, and no way to speak to a real support agent who can actually solve the issue. For a financial app, this is unacceptable. If money can disappear without accountability and support is this unresponsive, it seriously raises concerns about trust and reliability. I expect a clear explanation and an immediate resolution.
